FIVE POINTS CIRCLE LODGE OF INSTRUCTION
Posted 13th
January 2005
The Five Points Circle Lodge of Instruction held a very successful
Festival on Tuesday 11th January 2005 to celebrate the 2500th
Meeting of the Circle since it’s inception in 1946.
The Circle was honoured by the presence of W.Bro Rodney Pitham an
Assistant Provincial Grand Master for Warwickshire and also Right
Worshipful Brother Stanley A. Lates a Past Provincial Grand Master for
Warwickshire.
The evening took the form of a rehearsal of the Second Degree
Ceremony with all offices being filled by Brethren below the Chair.
There were 55 members of the Circle and visiting Brethren present and
all stayed afterwards for an enjoyable Festive Board.
A collection and raffle raised the total of £235.00 which was later
donated to the Warwickshire Masonic Heritage Fund.
Particular reference should be made to the efforts of W.Bro. Steve
Starkey who was responsible for most of the arrangements for an evening
which everyone appeared to enjoy.
Any Master Mason who may be interested in the work of the Circle
should make contact with the Secretary.
